crew-vouched recovery

file a petition. it goes on the wall in public. the rest of the crew must verify it's really you through a channel they trust — voice, in person — then back it. at a majority of the others, a one-time re-entry link is minted and handed to you off-platform. the moment you re-sign the pact with a new passkey, every old key and session on your mask is burned.
